JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2024 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 13.02.2018, passed in CWJC No.9354 of 2016, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhepura has already passed a reasoned order dated 26.04.2019, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 26.04.2019. Liberty so sought is granted.
