2 Kg. of ganja seized from a Jhola having been possessed by the petitioner.

Taking into account the period of detention inconsonance with the recovery, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail at the present moment.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

The learned lower court is directed to proceed with the trial as early as possible.
