The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 551 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 413, 414, 379 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2018. It appears from the prosecution case that name of the petitioner was disclosed by Sujit Kumar and Rakesh Kumar apprehended by the police with stolen motorcycle.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged
