1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to make an enquiry regarding functioning of respondent no- 8 in the school in view of the fact that respondent no- 8 is not doing the teaching work in the school and always remain absent from the school and without any sanctioned leave, remain absent from the school.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2219 of 2024(2) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 (ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to enquire about the conduct of respondent no- 8 in view of the fact that he promotes hatred between the students of the school in the name of religion.

iii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to comply the memo no - 597/Aurangabad dated 21.10.2019 whereby and where under Block Education Officer, Aurangabad pursuant to the letter no- 1810, dated 18.10.2019 of District Magistrate, Aurangabad has sent on deputation but he did not join the school defying the order of senior officer."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
