Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379, 411 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The name of the petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused who were, allegedly, caught with stolen motorcycle and after that rented room of the petitioner was raided and, allegedly, one stolen motorcycle was recovered from there. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 13.11.2015. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that he was tenant in a lodge and, as a matter of fact, aforesaid stolen motorcycle was recovered from the said lodge but the petitioner has been roped in this case by the police.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as
