By this writ application. the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent-Collector, Gopalganj (Respondent no. 2) to dispose of Anganwari Appeal No. 16 of 2018 preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 18.07.2018 passed in Anganwari Case No. 57 of 2018 by the District Programme Officer, ICDS whereby appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.973 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 respondents submits that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the Collector to dispose of the appeal. Considering the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Gopalganj to dispose of Anganwari Appeal No. 16 of 2018, if not already decided, in accordance with law within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
