Mr.Pramod Kumar Pandey ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 322, 345(B), 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act.

The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was withdrawn on the ground that the application has become infructuous. Thereafter, the present anticipatory bail application, which is second one, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners.

I find no merit in the present application. It is,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4055 of 2019(3) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 accordingly, dismissed. If the petitioners file regular bail application, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
