The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 111 of 2021 lodged under Sections 302, 341, 342, 427, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the present case is result of land dispute and basically relating to partition. The specific allegation as per the version of the informant is that at about 9.00 am informant and her husband were going by their bike, in the meantime, the accused persons have kidnapped him and killed. Total 19 persons were made accused in this case. It has also been argued

It has also been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the present case has been lodged only in revenge developed on the basis of doubt and it is due to this reason in total 19 persons were made accused in this case. In the present facts and circumstances that there is old land dispute relating to partition and the present case is the result of taking revenge created on doubt and the petitioners have clean antecedent, let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate- Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 111 of 2021.
