The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner was apprehended on the spot with stolen motorcycle.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Moreover, the investigation has already concluded.
Considering the abovementioned facts, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24207 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No.28 of 2015.
