The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 326(A), 307, 120(B), 379 of the Indian Penal Code. A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, which is on the record. Though, the petitioner is accused as member of the unlawful assembly, having general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault, specific allegation is against co-accused, Pankaj Singh, Dayaram Singh and Manish Kumar. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, who has got no criminal antecedent, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the

No.3966 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Teghra Police Station Case No.57 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
