JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 23.11.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after six years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during investigation it was found that the marriage was performed ten years prior to the date of occurrence. Statement has been made in paragraph 6 of the petition that charge sheet has been submitted under sections 498A,306 and 201/34 IPC.
