The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/342/143/455/363/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended while he was attempting to kidnap the minor daughter of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in fact the matter is of love-affairs and in the past also Deodha P.S. Case No.27 of 2017 was registered with identical allegation and in that case the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she has love-affairs with the petitioner. Considering the statement, petitioner was

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No.249 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
