Case No.244 of registered under Sections 304(B)/120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that from perusal of paras 10, 11 and 14 of the casediary, it would be evident that during investigation the name of co-accused Devanand Ojha @ Om Ojha has surfaced in the present case, who gave ubbblow on the head of the deceased. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
