JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment made by the private Respondent No. 6 and his family members over public land situated at village Askaranapur, Than No. 171, Anchal- Bhagawanpur, P.S. Saraii, District Vaishali, bearing khata No. 170, Khesara No. 799, area 075 Desmal, but the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has confined his relief to issuance of direction to the Additional Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur i.e. the Respondent No. 4 to consider the entire aspect of the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law as has been directed by the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 4 to act as per the direction of the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, as contained in his order dated 18.06.2018 (Annexure-3 to the present writ petition) and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, after hearing the effected parties.
