The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was arrested and a loaded country made pistol was recovered from his possession.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It is further submitted that one loaded country made pistol is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it is submittded that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23230 of 2015 (3) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in Araria P.S.Case No. 47 of 2015.
