"1. That this appeal is being preferred on behalf of the appellant against the judgment/order dated 10.08.2018 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtas at Sasaram, in Matrimonial Case No. 24 of 2011, whereby the suit for dissolution of marriage between the appellant husband Chandra Mauli Mishra against his wife Respondent Indu has been dismissed on contest with cost."

2. During pendency of the present appeal, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre for amicable settlement, if any. The Mediator-Rajeshwar Singh submitted report relating to resolving dispute among the parties by terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them. The same is attached along with the Mediator's report. The same is dated 31.10.2020, the same is taken on record.
3. In the light of settlement among the respective parties, the order dated 10.08.2018, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtas at Sasaram in Matrimonaial Case No. 24 of 2011 is not binding.
4. Accordingly, the present M.A. stands disposed of reserving liberty to the respective parties to invoke Section 13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in filing mutual divorce petition before the competent Forum.
