2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 89 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498(A), 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute. The complainant is wife of the petitioner. She made allegation that her marriage was solemnized with the petitioner on 06.06.2016. After marriage, when she went to her matrimonial house, the accused persons started torturing her for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Thereafter, the

No.13716 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 petitioner ousted the informant from her matrimonial house. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedents. They are the old father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant. They have no concern with day-today affairs of the couple. 5.
Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Class Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 89 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
