The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 20(B)/ IIC/2(A)/27(A)/29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

The petitioner was granted bail but his bail bond was cancelled on 30.01.2013. The petitioner was remanded in this case on 30.04.2014 and since then he is in jail. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year for misusing the privilege of bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions judge-cum-Special
