The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 630 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the period of custody and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act,
