JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 This writ application has been filed on or about 12.05.2017 seeking direction to the competent authority to get a case registered under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. On perusal of the writ application, this Court finds that prior to filing of this writ application the petitioner has not filed any complaint with the Police Station or with the competent authority in terms of Section 154(3) Cr.P.C. No complaint whatsoever was filed in the
