The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 526 of 2019 for offences under Sections 149,188,341,323,332,143,333,353,302 IPC.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he was amongst the 150-200 people who assaulted the alleged child lifter and ultimately the injured succumbed to the injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Similarly circumstanced co-accused persons have been granted bail as is evident from para-13 of the bail application. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above

No.5167 of 2020(3) dt.19-06-2020 2/2 named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-II, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 526 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C. and further on release the petitioner shall render his services as volunteer to combat the pandemic of Covid-19 for a period of one month. He is required to report to the Civil Surgeon/ Nodal Officer, Covid-19, Patna, who shall utilize his services appropriately.
