2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Vidyapatinagar (Ghatho O.P.) PS Case No. 122 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown miscreants looted the bag of the informant on a gun point.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. From the perusal of the first information report, seizure list and impugned order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6555 of 2024(2) dt.19-02-2024 2/2 it appears that investigation of the case has already been concluded and chargesheet has been submitted under Section 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code and the name of the petitioners surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Santosh Ram. Petitioners are in custody since 08.09.2023.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners above named be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Vidypatinagar (Ghatho O.P.) PS Case No. 122 of 2023.

7. The trial Court is directed to conclude the proceeding of framing of charge according to law within a period of 15 (fifteen days) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
