These applications for grant of regular bail arises out of Deo P.S. Case No.214 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2),

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4982 of 2025(3) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 126(2), 333, 351(2), 352, 54, 55, 103(1) & 238 of the B.N.S. 2023.

It is alleged that one Siyaram Bhuiyan, on the pressure of co-villagers, has killed his father. 4.

The petitioner of Criminal Miscellaneous No.4982 of 2025 is in custody since 05.10.2024 and petitioners of Criminal Miscellaneous No.13784 of 2025 are in custody since 30.09.2024.

Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, these bail applications are allowed.

Let the petitioners of both the cases, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad / concerned Court below, in connection with Deo P.S. Case No.214 of 2024.
