JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to assail the impugned order dated 07.10.2018 passed in Supply Case No. 35 of 2018 by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Hajipur, Vaishali by filing appropriate appeal under Rule 32(iii) of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016. Having regard to the short prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal and in case such appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate Court shall consider the same on merits and dispose off the same within a
