By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information report in connection with Dharahara P. S. Case no. 27 of 2017 registered, inter alia, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
