2. It is submitted that the petitioner did in fact approached the Ombudsman at Patna within the stipulated time of three weeks but however under misconception inasmuch as he ought to have approached the Ombudsman at Muzaffarpur. Some further time has therefore been sought for approaching the Ombudsman at Muzaffarpur.

3. Having regard to the nature of the prayer of the petitioner, paragraph-7 of the judgment dated 12.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 541 of 2018 shall be treated as modified only to the

Patna High Court MJC No.4801 of 2018 dt.27-02-2019 2/2 extent that the period of three weeks for approaching the Ombudsman at Muzaffarpur shall be reckoned from today.
