2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109, 352, 351 ( 2 ) (3) and 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . As per F.I.R., these petitioners along with other co-accused persons armed variously came and assaulted informant and others.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Case and counter case . Petitioners claim clean

5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Katihar in connection with Katihar Nafar P.S. Case No. 998 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) , 2023 .
