ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner seeks a transfer from her present place of posting for which she had already submitted a representation. It is informed that the said representation is Annexure-'3' to the writ application in which she has prayed for transfer to a place closer to her home on purely humanitarian ground. It is informed that such representation has not yet been disposed of though three years have already passed.

Considering the nature of the prayer made in the writ application, let the District Education Officer, Purnea duly

Patna High Court CWJC No.7876 of 2017 (2) dt.05-09-2017 P2/2 consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2014 and 22.09.2014 as contained in Annexures- 3 and 5 respectively which should be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
