The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted with 'garasa' on the head of daughter-in-law of the informant, namely, Reeta Devi.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury on the head of the injured has been found to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner

Considering the aforementioned facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S.
