This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Muffasil PS Case No. 477 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 363 and 370/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner referring to the statement of the victim under Section 164, CrPC submits that the victim has not averred anything against the petitioner that petitioner has did any mischief or committed any offence. Learned counsel further submits that from her statement it is apparent that the victim has voluntarily accompanied the
