Petitioners are named in the first information report with accusation that they took the deceased from his house and after that dead body of the deceased was recovered.
It appears that none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and moreover, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, petitioners are directed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Deep Nagar P.S. Case no. 05/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
