2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have filed a representation before the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, West Muzaffarpur, respondent no.4 on 19.10.2024 for redressal of their grievance. He further submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the said authority to dispose of the representation of

Patna High Court CWJC No.7835 of 2017(6) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 petitioners expeditiously.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, West Muzaffarpur, respondent no.4 to dispose of the representation of petitioners dated 19.10.2024 expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within six months.
