In CWJC No.7813 of 2018, this Court on 10.05.2018 had passed the following order:

"5. Having regard to the nature of the grievances of the petitioner and with consent of the parties this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.4807 of 2018(8) dt.23-06-2023 2/3 to approach the Electrical Executive Engineer, Electrical Works Division, Building Construction Department, Bhagalpur (Respondent No. 5) with a fresh representation for redressal of is grievances. If any such representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of, ensuring payment to the extent found due to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receiving the petitioner's representation. Any delay in payment of the admitted amount beyond the stipulated period as stated above, shall entitle the petitioner to receive payment together with simple interest at the rate of 6% per annum on the admitted dues calculated from the date when the amount became due till the date of its actual payment. In case the petitioner's claim is found inadmissible, whether in whole or in part, the petitioner's representation shall be disposed of by a

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the State that the order stands complied. He has taken this Court to supplementary show-cause filed on behalf of the opposite party Electrical Executive Engineer (opposite party no.5) by which now the interest amount has been cleared through Bhagalpur Treasury on 21.11.2022 which came in the account of the petitioner on 25.11.2022.

In view of the aforesaid averment the contempt petition stands disposed of.
