Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No.04 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case between both parties. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6387 of 2023(2) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of Special Judge (POCSO)-cumAdditional District & Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Islampur P.S.
