JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-489B, 489C/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-16 & 17 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. Taking into consideration that near about 1,00,000/- (one lac) counterfeit notes are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with A.T.S. P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna stands rejected.
