Petitioner is in custody connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 242 of 2018 for the offence under section 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he has demanded Rangdari. He submits that there is no case that ransom was paid to the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.1.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than one year, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be
