ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Civil Line P.S. case No.299 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

It has been submitted that three out of five witnesses have already been examined and hence, I find no reason for reviewing the earlier order refusing bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party and take stringent actions against non-appearing witnesses. (Anjana Prakash, J) Narendra/- U T
