Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury to informant on his axilla region. No doubt, firearm injury was found but the doctor opined that said injury was simple in nature. It is obvious from perusal of the first information report that petitioner happens to be own uncle of the injured and the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also this aspect of the matter
