It has been submitted that vide order dated 03.02.2020, the petitioner has been enlarged on bail, however, in the first paragraph of the said order, section 307 of the Indian Penal Code has not been mentioned, as the case is also under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

In such view of the matter, besides others sections of the Indian Penal Code mentioned in paragraph -1 of the order dated 03.02.2020, let section 307 of the Indian Penal Code be also read.
