JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The present case was lodged against unknown but in course of investigation, the dead body of victim girl was recovered from a pond situated behind the house of petitioner and, after that, witnesses raised their suspicion against the petitioner and his other family members.

No doubt, in course of investigation, one girl aged about six years disclosed before the I.O that the victim girl had come to the house of the petitioner prior to her death but except the aforesaid material as well as suspicion, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, the investigation, against the petitioner has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14896 of 2016 (2) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, District-Rohtas, in connection Karakat P.S.Case No. 171 of 2015.
