JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner and her two daughters are said to be squeezed the testicle of the deceased as a result of which he died then and there.

The alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute. The post mortem report of deceased discloses that the doctor could not ascertain the cause of death of the deceased. The petitioner, being a lady, is languishing in jail custody since 07.11.2015 and the Investigating Officer having completed the investigation submitted charge sheet under section 304/34 of the IPC.

Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16159 of 2016 (2) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. case No.317 of 2015.
