Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that the FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown.

The case diary would reveal that nothing more came against the petitioner except suspicion. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 19.04.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Learned Public Prosecutor does not dispute the aforesaid assertion of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5645 of 2019(3) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 573 of 2018 arising out of Phulwari Sharif Police Station Case No. 273 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
