JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to be caught with stolen trolley bag but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was caught on suspicion and as a matter of fact, goods of daily usage were recovered from the trolley bag and the aforesaid goods belonged to the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 23.01.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
