The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case no. 86 of 2018, registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in the evening of 05.04.2018, the daughter of informant, namely, Manisha Kumari, aged about 17 years moved from the house, but she did not return, thereafter, search was made but no trace was found. In the meantime, informant came to know that petitioner along with his other family members, who used to reside in rented house of Dr. Om Prakash enticed away her.

No.8885 of 2019(3) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, daughter of informant left her parental house due to settlement of her marriage by her parents with aged person, she moved with the petitioner for Delhi, where she performed marriage with the petitioner. The daughter of informant has given statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. on 25.09.2018 disclosing the same facts. According to certificate at the time of occurrence, she was aged about 18 years.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
