Case No.31 of 2019, for the offence registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, inasmuch as the earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.06.2020, passed in Cr.Misc.
