The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered against unknown for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of the petitioner figured on suspicion. The petitioner is in jail since 09.03.2015, but the petitioner was not put on test identification parade. The police took confessional statement of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Sikandra P.S. Case No. 188 of 2014.
