Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Suryapura P.S.Case No. 15 of 2021.

As per allegation, the deceased Pinki Kumari was married to co-accused Budhan Ram in the year 2010. Out of the wedlock of the couple, a son and a daughter were born. The accused persons named in the FIR including the petitioner were

On 22.01.2021 at about 11.30 A.M., the informant, who is the mother of the deceased, got an information that her daughter is no more in this world. The dead-body was cremated before arrival of the informant to the matrimonial home of her daughter.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she is the nanad of the deceased. She has no concern with the dowry demand and she never tortured the victim. Her name has figured only since she is the sister of the victim's husband. She is a lady of clean antecedent. He has submitted further that the husband of the deceased is already in custody. Considering the fact that the petitioner is sister-in-law of the deceased, let her above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri L.B.Paswan, learned J.M. 1st Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Suryapura P.S.Case No. 15 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
