Petitioner and two others are said to have made attempt to snatch the motorcycle of the informant but due to protest made by the informant, they could not succeed and one F.I.R named accused Rupesh Kumar was caught by the informant, who disclosed the names of his associates including the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner.
