JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to submit that the District Magistrate, Patna has already passed an order on the application filed by the petitioner, hence the petitioner wishes to assail the same, thus the present petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order passed by the District Magistrate, Patna.
