The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 08.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6672 of 2015, whereby the petitioner was granted bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 645 of 2013 arising out of Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 77 of 2013 with a condition that one of the bailors shall be Government servant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 29.06.2013 and despite all efforts he could not get a government servant as his bailor. According to him, in that view of the matter that condition may be modified/relaxed.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the order dated 08.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6672 of 2015 is modified only to the extent that instead of a government servant, one of the bailors shall be a close relation of the petitioner, who shall file an affidavit in the court below showing his/her relationship with the petitioner, and other bailor shall be his father, as directed in the previous order dated 08.04.2015.

The present application stands disposed of with the
